Missed call comes in
While you are on a job, someone calls and reaches voicemail. They may move on before you see the number.
Follow-up for the calls you miss
FrontOps sets up AI follow-up for US local service businesses: a text back after a missed call, a useful nudge after an estimate, and a clear next step toward booking. Your business name, wording you approve, and a defined handoff to your team.
Missed-call text-back and estimate follow-up for US local service businesses, in wording you approve.
How it works
A simple loop we set up with your team. The fictional demo above shows the kind of conversation. Here is the flow behind it.
While you are on a job, someone calls and reaches voicemail. They may move on before you see the number.
Where your carrier supports it, the caller gets a short text from your business asking what they need, in wording you approved.
You get a short summary of the exchange. On Growth, we can add booking support with the tools you already use, once we confirm access.

Estimate
A simple illustration. It starts with made-up example inputs, not industry stats or sourced figures. Enter your own numbers to see the arithmetic. It is not a FrontOps forecast, guarantee, or promise of results.
Example monthly revenue at these inputs
$3,450
10 × $400 × 20% × 4.33 weeks ≈ $3,450
Illustration only. The example inputs are hypothetical, not benchmarks. Revenue is not profit, and FrontOps does not promise to recover any calls, jobs, or revenue.

Not a DIY chatbot kit. We agree the tools, scope, responsibilities and costs with you before any work starts.
A short text from your business after a caller reaches voicemail, if your carrier supports it. We check before anything goes live.
A reply when someone fills in your website form, plus summaries for your team and a weekly view of inquiries.
A follow-up that invites a question instead of repeating “ready to book?”. We start with how your office handles estimates now.
A clear next step toward booking, using the scheduling tools you already have, once access and handoff rules are confirmed.
Timed review requests after completed jobs, and an assistant that answers common questions on your website. No promised review counts.
For larger operators: a scoped system across front-desk follow-up, office tasks and a website refresh, designed around your workflow.
Industries
We start with businesses that live on the phone. Each setup is scoped to the trade and confirmed with you first.

FAQ
No. We set it up with you: the text-back, follow-ups and booking support in your package, using tools we agree on before work starts. Expect some of your time to get services, boundaries and handoff right. We’ll lay out your tasks before you commit.
It is a two-week trial of the missed-call text-back and team summary, at no charge, if your phone carrier supports it. We check carrier compatibility during your free desk review, before anything goes live. The pilot starts after setup and testing, and there is no automatic paid renewal.
That is the first setup check, not a promise. We review your carrier and call-forwarding options during the free desk review and before you approve any change.
Start with the actual words, for example: “Sorry we missed you. What needs fixing?” We shape the exchange with your team, including when it stops and when a person takes over. You approve the wording.
Timelines depend on carrier, calendar and tool access, so we don’t promise a deadline up front. We’ll confirm a realistic schedule after the desk review. Full System work is scoped in writing first.
Review the actual exchanges and your team’s experience. We won’t invent “recovered jobs,” assumed job values or revenue forecasts.
Those are our starting trades. We also work with dental offices, med spas, law firms and other local businesses. For dental and med spa, the text-back asks for a good time to call back and doesn’t touch patient records or clinical questions. For law firms, it never discusses a matter and your firm approves the wording.
It depends on the package and is set out in writing before work starts, along with the tools, responsibilities and any third-party costs. Paid service starts only under a separate written agreement.
Start with the free desk review. We’ll suggest Starter, Growth or Full System based on how your office works today, not a one-size pitch.
